𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒 : These terms and conditions represent a contract Eagle Company Group LTD and the client.

 

𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒: Any cancellations made with less than 24hrs notice will be required to pay the full amount of the clean. We will not enter the property if anyone is ill as I won't risk becoming ill and losing money. Any illnesses we are made aware of within a 24hr period will be automatically canceled on your behalf, a clean can usually be rescheduled and that slot offered to another client. If you cancel 2 cleans in a row we reserve the right to cancel any future cleans immediately. If you have any other tradespeople in your home whilst we are there, (ideally not the same day I clean) I will not clean any mess they make. We require the property to be completely empty for the duration of the clean, apart from those working from home as long as you can stay in one room. Please make us aware of any broken items within your home e.g cupboards, blinds, taps or anything that could potentially break or fall on me whilst we cleaning, we cannot be held responsible for anything that we not made aware of and this will breach my health and safety protocols. If you have had any building work done, this is charged accordingly as this is a builders clean, please be honest about this as we won't be able to clean your home if we not made aware of work that has been done. Keys can be arranged to be picked up on my agreement or they can be left in a safe place, we have the keys to properties and will tag your key and keep hold of them for future cleans. All keys are kept in a locked safe box for which only we have the key. If we lose a key we will replace this at my cost. If we turned away or unable to gain access to your property on the day of your clean or if you have forgotten we coming, full payment will be required. The property must have free accessible parking,any parking fees (if applicable) must be paid by the client.

𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐇 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐀𝐅𝐄𝐓𝐘: We are unable to move heavy furniture to clean due to safety reasons (excludes light moveable furniture) We will not, under any circumstances step higher than a 2 step stepladder. Any blinds that feel unsafe or are broken will not be cleaned due to a risk of them falling on me. If any furniture is damaged,this will not be cleaned. We can do not clean any outside windows, doors, soffits or fascia’s, We only clean interior windows and UPVC. We do not stand on furniture to reach any areas,please refrain from asking me to do this as your request will be refused. We aim to provide my services the safest way possible for myself and the client. Our insurance will not cover us for breaching any of the above. Please respect my terms and conditions.

𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐒 : Full payment is required the night before your clean unless otherwise agreed between myself and the client. If no payment has been received the night before, then your clean will not go ahead. We accept only bank transfer, we do not accept checks or PayPal, cash. A fee of £5 will be charged per day if the client consistently pays late and once payment has been cleared the client will no longer receive further cleans from us. We within our rights to take the matter further should I wish to. Refunds are not an option under any circumstances,alternative options will be offered to rectify any service we provide. Prices are non negotiable and we do not price match nor negotiate. We reserve the right to amend an initial quote should the clients original circumstances change. Monthly cleans are charged at a different price due to build up of dust,limescale etc, and takes a bit longer to complete. If you are going on holiday but still wish for us to clean while you are away, payment must be made before you go. We do not charge an hourly rate or base my services on a time scale, we aim to provide the best service possible with every clean. Any deep cleans, builders cleans, or end of tenancy cleans require a 50% non refundable/non transferable deposit to be paid to secure the date required. If you cancel a deep clean, builders clean or end of tenancy, you will lose your deposit, your deposit is not transferable to another date or another property. If you are unhappy with any part of your clean you must inform us on the same day so that we can rectify this. Anything reported to us a few days later will be unresolvable. We take photos of things we clean to show our work or show a product to use to promote our business on social media,we do not post without permission from the client.
